The UC Davis Vet Blood Bank now has Saturday appointments available for K9 blood donation!
We invite you to come and celebrate our first Saturday event!
Appointments are required and can be made by calling 530-752-1393 Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.
If you dog is: 1-8 years old, 55+ pounds, current on flea/tick/heartworm preventative medications, and has never been pregnant, then he/she can be a blood donor. The whole process is free, with each appointment lasting one half hour. For those dogs enrolled in the program, we provide $300 worth of blood work free each year, plus goodies & treats with each visit.
