Baked goods will be available for a fundraising event being held for Animal Rescue League at the State Capitol.
The event is from 9 am to 2 pm and will take place outdoors at the North Entrace off of L Street.
Funds raised will help support Animal Rescue League in their efforts to rescue, rehabilitate and find homes for stray, abandoned and abused animals (mostly cats). Animal Rescue League is a no-kill 501(c)(3) organization based out of Elk Grove.
