Placer SPCA Hosts Pet Fest 2008

On Saturday May 3^rd from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., the Placer SPCA, located at 150 Corporation Yard in Roseville will play host to Pet Fest 2008 and both 4 legged and two legged participants can expect to have a dog-gone good time.  While the event hopes to attract potential adopters to the Center, people are invited to bring their own canines to participate in a variety of activities including:  a costume contest, best pet trick competition, and a favorite for many, the musical sit competition. 96.6 The Eagle will be broadcasting live and there will be more than 20 vendors, with lots of pet related products, food for humans and their pets, and lots of fun children’s activities, including face-painting.  Paw painting activities will be available for their K-9 counterparts.
