Enjoy a dog-friendly day at the beautiful Nevada County Fairgrounds, Grass Valley, CA on Saturday, June 5, 2010. There is no admission into the event, but for a $20 registration fee, you and your canine companion can participate in the dog walk, costume contest, best trick and other contests. Receive a goody bag and bandana for your dog, too. Between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. treat yourself to the LazyDog Bark-B-Que, watch agility and obedience demonstrations, have your dog tested for a Canine Good Citizenship certification, and visit many vendor booths. Tour the AnimalSave mobile spay/neuter clinic where micro-chipping will be available. It will be a fun-filled day for you and your canine companion!
