Dog Wash!

The students at the UC Davis School of Veterinary Medicine and the Student Chapter of the American Veterinary Medical Association are having a public Dog Wash on Sunday, November 9, 2008 at the Arden Animal Hospital, 1823 Fulton Avenue between Arden Way and Alta Arden between 9:00am and 4:00pm. To reserve a spot for your favorite canine call 916-485-5412.

Please support the students at the UC Davis School of Veterinary Medicine as they are trying to raise funds to attend this year's Student American Veterinary Medical Association Symposium in Ohio. This annual symposium is a great opportunity for the students to enhance their education and network with their peers. Dr. Tom Kendall, local Sacramento veterinarian, has generously donated use of his hospital to the students for this event.

The basic Dog Wash is $20 for smaller dogs and $5-$15 additional for dogs 50-75#, 75-100# and +100#. You can drop dogs off in the morning or afternoon and pick up 1-2 hours after drop off. Appointments encouraged, but walk-ins are welcome.
