About Barbara & Kerry
My wife and I have a whole menagerie of animals at our home in downtown Sacramento. There's our original puppy/dog Shasta a 3 year old jack russell terrier/shepherd mix, and her sister from another mother Forrest a 2 year old border collie mix, their kitty brother Butterscotch a 1 year old orange striped tabby, and we have the fishes too. Take a look at our 'family' portrait...do you think we're holding a treat or something to get them to pose? We enjoy taking the 'ladies' to the dog park near our house (Partner Park off South Land Park Drive) and we take the whole menagerie (minus the fishes) when we go on trips in the car. It does help that our cat thinks he's a dog and they all get along and like to play together...now if we could just get Shasta to go to the bathroom on a leash we'd be set. We are currently building a bicycle trailer that can accommodate the dogs so that we can all bicycle the 4 miles to the nearest dog park.
