A Chance for Bliss is a small sanctuary in Penryn, CA, devoted primarily to dogs and horses with an emphasis on seniors and those with special needs. We are committed to caring for these animals at an extraordinary level so that they might complete their time on earth knowing love and kindness that they might not have gotten before. We like to give them a little taste of Heaven before they go there.
