My name is Judi and my Vet, friends and family call me the Crazy Spaniel Family. Why? Well, at one time I had 4 Cocker Spaniels. I lost Sadie (my Therapy Partner) in August 2006 from a snake bite. Even with the anti-venum she still didn't make it. The snake, we found the next day, was 4' long and had 7 rattles, it also bit her twice on the ear. Then in July of this year we lost Buddy, who was 16 1/2. Even with his heart problem he went to Doggie Heaven from old age. I still have Sassy, who is an English Cocker and she's 12 1/2, then there's Bailey, he's a 7 year old American Cocker Spaniel. My last two are Lady and Peanut. They are Cavalier King Charles Spaniels and litter mates, they are 2 years old. They are the loves of my life. Since my husband, Ken, is in an assisted living facility, due to Alzheimer's, they are great comfort to me. And yes I let them all sleep with me, although it's usually Lady and Peanut that are the cuddlers and stay all night.

I just registered on this site and think it has alot of good information. I will be sure to come back to it each day to see what is new. I am a dog owner of a 4 mo old Miki and a 2 yr old chow mixed. My animals get treated just like a child would be. Spoiled in all ways.
