Are you thinking of expanding your family with the addition of a furry companion? If so, we hope you'll come to the pet "Super Adoption" event, sponsored by No More Homeless Pets in Sacramento County.
More than 100 cats, dogs, and rabbits will be available for adoption from local animal rescue groups plus City and County Shelters. All are up-to-date on their veterinary care and will be spayed or neutered before going to their new home.
This two-day event will be held Saturday, May 17, 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Sunday, May 18, 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Country Club Plaza Mall, 2310 Watt Avenue (at El Camino), Sacramento.
Event attendance is free; pet adoption fees apply.
The event is sponsored by No More Homeless Pets (NMHP) in Sacramento County, a coalition of local animal shelters, rescue groups, and concerned individuals citing a desire to end euthanasia as a means of pet population control in Sacramento County.
