Want your dog to be a canine good citizen?
Then come to the Roseville Dog Owners’ Group’s Canine Good Citizen Clinic. While many organizations sponsor CGC tests, RDOG offers a CGC clinic to help you and your dog get ready for the test. Instructors will teach you and your pooch all the parts of the test. Attendance at both the clinic and the test is not required; however RDOG encourages all to enter both.
What is it? The purpose of the Canine Good Citizen (CGC) Test is to demonstrate that the dog, can be a respected member of the community, and can be trained and conditioned always to behave in the home, in public places, and in the presence of other dogs in a manner that will reflect credit on the dog.
