"Gone To The Dogs!", a volunteer dog park committee with the Cordova Recreation Park District, presents the "Canine Classic" Golf Tournament. The date is Saturday, May 3rd starting at 8:00am at Cordova Golf Course on Jackson Highway in Rancho Cordova.
The cost is $60 per player which includes range balls, a tee prize and lunch. There will also be "hole in one", "closest to the pin" and "longest drive" contests plus you can "buy" your own mulligan.
Proceeds benefit the District's first off-leash dog park scheduled to open in summer 2008 at Hagan Park in Rancho Cordova. Individual and corporate hole sponsorships are available for $100 each at canineclassic@crpd.com
Registration is available until May 2nd at www.crpd.com or at 916-362-1841 x20.
