Oh my Goodness! I think we should have a "gathering" at Fort Bragg!!! We can have a big doggie play day! We too frequently go to Fort Bragg (heading there next week as a matter of fact), and we have always taken our dogs...all Schnauzers. Billy, Sadie, Luke and Jake are all gone now, but they always loved going. Now we have Maisy and Koda and they have a ball there. These two have tender tummies, however, and don't always enjoy the trip over! It's always fun to open the window a little about a mile from town, and I ask them if they can smell the ocean. Don't laugh...when we head home they sleep just about the entire way until we take the last exit off of Hwy 99. All of our dogs have reacted to that exit...they know we're almost home. The noses go up in the air and they get restless!
We have trailer camped and stayed at motels and I'll say that Fort Bragg is a very dog-friendly place.
