Okay, I read the bill and don't really understand it. All I know is what my heart tells me to do and that is not to leave an animal to starve to death. So what am I legally allowed to do? Can I remove the animal? This could be dangerous actually if a dog, given the fact the animal probably won't know me and may be scared. But I am thinking what if I find a small cat, or a momma with kittens inside of the many homes we have been looking at lately? Can I pick it up and take it home, or do I have to leave it all alone and call county animal control who already have too many animals to care for as it is. I am afraid if it is an older animal they may put it to sleep if it can't be adopted out within a week.
