Dog Park
Today was the first time Isa has been to a dog park. Poor thing wasn't sure what to do. So many other dogs to play with and so many other people to be adored by, what's a puppy to do.

I am looking for a good dog park. Can you tell me what park you go to and where it is located. Thanks

I live in the Orangevale Fair Oaks area and take my retired racing greyhounds mostly to Phoenix Park which is in Fair Oaks.  You can find all the odg parks in Sacramento area at sacdogs.org.

On Saturday, we went to a dogpark in Roseville. It was a nice park and had two separate areas, one for dogs over 20lbs and one for dogs under 20lbs. The area for the larger dogs has an agility area to run your pooch through. Both areas were very clean and nice.

Today, we went to a dogpark closer to home, it's right off of Power Inn Road a couple blocKs past Folsom Blvd. There seemed to be just one area for all dogs, but it was quite large.

To find more dogparks, you can click on the "Resources" option at the top of the page, or just follow this link: www.sacpaws.com/home/StaticPage/53
