Well, my friends all thought this was pretty funny. I was vegging out one day watching TV, nothing specific, just channel surfing. I stumbled across a hunting show, and the hunter was covering himself in Deer urine! I had to stop for a second just to see what was going on and thought maybe it'd be worth a laugh. After dousing himself in Bambi's #1, he explained to the audience that the reason for doing this was because all meat eaters release some kind of pheromone, and herbivores with a good sense of smell can litterally smell a meat eater comming. All of a sudden it hit me! I thought my poor little puppy would pick up on my meat-eating scent and not trust me, so I stopped eating meat for the sole reason that I didnt want little Toki Wartooth (My Miniature Pincher) thinking I would eat him if he misbehaved. So when people ask me why I don't eat meat, I know they expect the answer to be something like, "Meat is murder" or "It isnt healthy" but no, I always get a laugh when I tell them it's so my puppy doesn't think Ill eat him someday.
