FIREWORKS FOR THE BOYS--------
I hope everyone had a save and fun Fourth of July!!! My boys however did not! No way Know how.They do not like loud noises and the new neighborhood we moved into loves the the holiday and there were fireworks abound. So we decided to turn up the t.v in the family room and in one of the bedrooms and make sure all the windows were closed to see if that would calm them down. The t.v being a little loud is OK its the unknown booms that do not work for them. It took a little while and I would come in and chat with them and reassure them everything was OK and finally about 45 minutes into it they calmed down enough. But I was a little nervous at first, my partner was getting a little touchy saying they will be OK blah blah blah. But I know my boys and they have lived in quiet neighborhoods when it comes to the Fourth at least not one that just about every house has something going on. Lol, this is a very patriotic neighborhood. Plus we heard there were going to be block parties.But all ended well and the boys were ok but glad when it was all over. 0 comments from 0 users
