Walking Sammy the White Schnauzer
Since I have been helping my Aunt after her foot surgery I have had the pleasure of spending more time with Sammy her beautiful schnauzer. He loves to walk so I try to make it a point to walk him everyday. But unfortunately Sammy has a bad habit of pulling you when you are walking him----not good. And Sammy has been to training camp and school. Which did help on some of his other little habits but he is so lovable most of his little habits are overlooked. But the pulling can't be overlooked. So I asked someone who happens to watch this show on TV about training dogs. She told me to make this sound it can be any sound like a whistle sort of-- thats what I use ( but you can't say words or his name), and then make a quick jerk on the leash. To my great surprise it works. Now my walks with Sammy the White Schnauzer are very enjoyable.
